This stunning women’s wedding ring features small round black and white diamonds bright cut set in an alternating pattern around the platinum band. It was created for a couple from Bellevue, WA to go along with this engagement ring which we had previously made for them. Black and White Diamonds
There are 9 white diamonds and 9 black diamonds in this ring, and they’re arranged in an alternating pattern all the way around the band. This is considered an eternity design because of the way the gemstones continue in an unbroken circle, and it’s a popular choice for wedding and engagement rings due to the symbolism it carries with it.
Both types of diamonds are round and bright cut set, and the white diamonds sit in a marquise-shaped frame while the metal around the black diamonds is in a hexagonal shape. Milgrain Accents
Helping to reinforce those vintage themes is the milgrain beading that lines all of the diamonds in this piece. It also highlights the alternating shapes in the band, and it gives the ring a nice, finished feel. Milgrain is frequently used as a frame for gemstones or custom hand engraving, although you could remove it if you wanted to give this ring a more contemporary aesthetic.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
