To ensure that your piece gets the best possible care and attention, we make sure to take all unique aspects of each item into account in every repair job we take on. However, any time we're repairing or replacing jump rings, there is a general outline of steps we follow to diagnose and fix the problem.

The first thing we do for all jump ring replacement jobs is to inspect the entire piece to make sure there are no additional problem areas.
Next, we'll close the loop tight by bringing both ends together.
Once that's done, we use a laser to solder the loop shut permanently.
Finally, we'll refinish and polish the piece.

I can't say enough about the staff, the craftsmanship, and the ring (and neither can everyone that sees it)! We will be back to design the bands as well as design jewelry for family and friends. Did I mention their pricing is in line with other jewelers mass produced basic styles? We'd pay twice the price for the level of care, service, and quality of the final product we received.
