My fiance and I had been searching for an engagement ring. We went to several places in Seattle like Turgeon Raine and Fox's and also E.E. Robins in Bellevue. After we stopped at Joseph Jewelry, we knew we found the place. My fiance and I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable with the staff and atmosphere. My fiance was looking for a certain type of ring and to our surprise we found out they do custom rings there. One of the employee's there, Ryan, was very friendly, clearly told us about what they do at Joseph's, showed us around, took his time with us and we didnt feel rushed. He showed us different rings for ideas, and even took us to the back behind doors and showed us their lab where they were making custom rings. That was very cool to see the behind the scenes. He told us they weren't on commission and that was satisfying to hear as we had felt pressure and the normal sales type pitches from some of the other places we had previously been to. He told us about the different type of stones and diamonds, the cuts, and the quality. He also showed us the 3D program they used to make your custom ring and showed how the slightest detail could be changed to whatever we wanted. So after seeing all this we knew we found the place because we knew exactly we were going to get the ring of her dreams. My fiance was interested in getting a sapphire for the center stone, and the co-owner Danny went out of his way to find several that my fiance could choose from at different price ranges that were all within our budget. Ryan was able to design a band that was a combination of different band that my fiance liked. About a week later, he emailed us a couple of 3D renders. We had a couple of changes and suggestions and the second time he emailed us the renders with the changes, he had nailed it and it was the exact ring my fiance was hoping for. The next step was neat. They are able to produce a wax mold of the ring from their lab that we were able to see before the ring was actually made so we had an idea of what it was like. It looked good so went went ahead with the order. It was about a 4 week wait, but my fiance got the exact ring she wanted, she was super happy, and it was at a price I was comfortable with. It truly was a beautiful ring and my fiance cant stop staring at it. Along with the great and professional customer service I received from Danny, Ryan, and Bonnie, I highly recommend Joseph Jewelry if youre looking for a custom ring. It was a fun experience to design my fiance's ring and we truly felt she got something special and that was unique and her own.
