My fiancee (then my girlfriend) went to check out Joseph Jewelry. My intention was to give her a better idea of what kind of ring she wanted. I didn't expect what happened next. We were greeted by an associate named Andrea and my girlfriend shared what kind of styles she liked. As she tried on the rings that Andrea suggested, it seemed like the two "playing with dolls". Andrea made my girlfriend feel so comfortable and really listened to what Cassie had to say. Finally, Andrea suggested a ring that ended up being very close to what my girlfriend was looking for. I gave my budget to Andrea and she was incredibly flexible to stay within it. We decided to go the custom ring route and it was an excellent process. Andrea was very respectful, personable, thorough, and detailed every step of the way. She was excited to incorporate all the ideas I had in mind. The CAD designs allowed for very detailed images and any modifications requested were shown quickly. When the ring was finally finished (two weeks early), the entire team was excited with the final product. Seeing it in person was absolutely STUNNING. I honestly couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole process of purchasing this ring for my now fiancee. We walked away with a beautiful ring, a memorable experience, and a genuine friendship.
