Depending on the piece, that may include rebuilding worn areas, replacing missing parts, restoring hand-applied details, or recreating sections that can no longer support the design. We use a mix of bench work, CAD support when needed, laser welding, and hand finishing to approach these projects with as much accuracy as possible.

Having something unique was critical to my experience. Working with the staff was amazing. Andrea and Danny were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they have an amazing selection of stones, but they were able to have some brought in as well just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were attentive to my needs and clearly listened. The clincher was the process they have for customizing the ring. I was able to propose using the stone I had selected as they set it into a solitaire ring for me. Afterwards, they helped us both customize the ring. Amazing! My review: The diamond center stone my fiance selected was absolutely gorgeous. I've always wanted a unique wide-band setting, so I was thrilled to work with their designer Bonnie on creating. Bonnie did a fantastic job of taking my photo samples and ideas and pulling everything together. The CAD drawings and wax mock up helped with creating a detailed visual of the final look. I was told the setting would be ready within 3-4 weeks. It was ready in less than three. My fiance and I were blown away when we saw the ring. It was beyond our expectations.
